He was born in Tokat in 1981 and completed his education at Gümüshane Law High School and after graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Law, he completed a Master's degree in Administrative Law at Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law. He also attended a one-year English course at Yeditepe University. After a two-year internship as a candidate judge at the Turkish Judicial Academy, he worked for ten years as a judge in administrative and tax courts in various parts of the country. During his stay in London, he visited Parliament, law firms, mediation institutions, local courts, high courts and law schools to get a first-hand impression of the British judicial system. He is fluent in English and German.
